How is the return&refund policy available?
We accept 30 days exchange policy since the day we send your item. But the package must be as original and never used. the buyer pay for the shipping fees.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue.
For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will ship worldwide free to United Stated, United Kingdom, Portugal, Malta, Australia, Ireland, France, New Zealand, Canada, Norway. Please contact our customer service for the postage fees if you find our free shipping cannot be offered to your country. Most orders are delivered on weekdays (Between 8:30am to 6:00pm) to your door within the time specified. Please note for most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery. Shipping takes place only on working days therefore no dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays. For items that are not usually held in stock, please allow an additional 5-10 working days for delivery - for which you will be advised soon after order has been received. Should there be any unexpected further delay, we will notify you at the earliest (and you can cancel your order at any time if the delay is unacceptable to you). Please note that the delivery times stated here are an approximate guide passed on to us by the couriers, and therefore they may vary with different addresses, postcodes and locations across the world.
Please note although every effort is made to deliver goods on time and date specified, we are at the mercy of our couriers and unforseen delays may still take place under situations beyond our control for e.g. bad weather conditions, severe traffic problems, sorting errors, goods lost or stolen etc. Once the goods have been collected from our premises by the courier, we no longer have any control of the delivery of the goods. Although delivery delays are rare, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item once goods have been handed over to the third party agent. For the avoidance of doubt, Golforderonline will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier have failed to deliver the item(s) on an anticipated delivery date. The couriers are currently working between 95-98% efficiency level and therefore most goods are delivered on time.
